I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Here's the real solution: Hire someone who can actually manage your back-end infrastructure instead of eyeballing it.
Our patience goes out the window the second you get our money and your stuff doesn't work.

This is insane, out of 47 people in our group, all the EA app users are effected by this issue. STEAM users are laughing at us...
Do you know if it’s possible to migrate the game from EA to steam? Once my reinstall is done yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled it thinking that might fix. I am going to try to migrate it to steam and see what happens.

If no answer or over an hour i suggest all to refund and buy on steam.
Thats a no excuse. Hope all that had issue with that and stay with ea will get a bonus. if not thats a reason to never buy a game via ea again, if they cant even make their own games work on their onw platform!
Terrible company
Just as indication, I have BF6 on EA, my brother has it on steam. I downloaded the game twice (once from EA, once from Steam). I got the problem with EA but could launch the game just fine on Steam. So it seems it is specific to EA
Almost 2 hours in. No solution. Can we at least be told that refunds can be given out to purchase on another platform?

2 hours into launch and cant play while steam players can, it's unacceptable. EA would better give us a compensation for this!
This a problem we shouldn’t even have and you want us to have patience, that’s crazy and not only that we paid for it and can’t play it 🤦🏻♂️
