I own the Phantom Edition (PC), so everything should be included. I preloaded the game. The game started. But when I want to play anything - multiplayer, singleplayer - it asks me to install (purchase) the game files.
The EA app says that everything is installed. I ran the repair. That didn't help.
Edit: The Windows account I am playing the game with has no Administrator permissions by default. Just in case its a permission problem where the game files are installed with Administrator privileges.
I'm sure glad I pre-ordered, updated the drivers went through queue 3 times,
restarted game, tried chat and forums to get the same not installed problem.
I hope the Saudi's will get better help.
