Purchase to play / Not installed

I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything a ton of times. Repaired files and updated drivers a ton of times. I bought the game (Directly from EA) in hopes to not deal with issues. When will this be fixed!?

Its not your DL ...its EA/Dice and the game itself that has the issue..
