do you guys think the cause is a world time/clock issue? i bought the game this morning Oct 10 around 9am EST and EA app and on EA's website, the game still had pre-order icon. so, i got all the pre-order stuff for the standard game even tho i bough the game today.... which in my mind shouldn't be a "pre-order."

maybe the bug is similar to Y2K bug? lol

Maybe the game wasn't lauch so it's still preorder, anyway... we can't play it !
