Like all here, I preordered the phantom edition through ea because it was going to go through ea anyways, so I was going to cut out the middleman. Like the rest of you I get the same error when attempting refund because everyone is flooding that page. I will be requesting the refund even after they fix this to ensure they will not be keeping my hard earned $.
