EA app Outage In-game Rewards
I am highly convinced that the problems with daily login rewards, Twitch drops and Compensation for EA App Outage are caused by a bug in the in-game mailing system.
Today (Oct. 21) marks the 11 day of PROBLEMS with missing acquired/promised content. The news tab is empty for most users who have reported the problem.
Even Vince Zampella himself confirmed that the issue is still being investigated. Since this situation affects a large group of players.
I would like to know when exactly the bug is planned to be fixed and missing content&compensation sent out.

Hi everyone,
Many players, including myself, purchased and preloaded the Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition. Unfortunately, since the official launch time at 5 PM CEST, the game cannot be started.
The EA App does not correctly recognize the Phantom Edition on Windows 11, leaving paying players without access to the game.
Since this issue seems to come from EA’s side, the question is:
Should EA offer compensation for affected buyers?
Suggested poll options:
Yes, definitely – we paid and couldn’t play.
Yes, at least a small gesture, for example in-game items, EA Credit, or extended early access.
No, mistakes happen, no compensation needed.
Don’t care, just fix it quickly.
