I have pre ordered phantom edition. I have downloaded and installed complete game with single player and multiplayer. But when I try to play the game asked me to purchase. I have purchased and installed everything I cannot figure out why game is not finding content. Please see the attached images.

I was able to get it working by selecting the singleplayer and multilayer options in add-ons. Uninstalling them. Uninstalling the beta. Re-installed the singleplayer and multiplayer files. That got it working.
Shouldn't have to do any of that. I click play it should play, it's simple. And why is EA not sating anything regarding this issue. This is the biggest release of a game in how long and this is happening........
