EA app Outage In-game Rewards
I am highly convinced that the problems with daily login rewards, Twitch drops and Compensation for EA App Outage are caused by a bug in the in-game mailing system.
Today (Oct. 21) marks the 11 day of PROBLEMS with missing acquired/promised content. The news tab is empty for most users who have reported the problem.
Even Vince Zampella himself confirmed that the issue is still being investigated. Since this situation affects a large group of players.
I would like to know when exactly the bug is planned to be fixed and missing content&compensation sent out.
Like and comment on this thread so it doesn't go unnoticed.

I purchased the Phantom Edition and preloaded the game. On launch day, I ran into a "missing content" issue. I redownloaded the content and tried to play, but it was unsuccessful. The only thing I managed to do was join a portal server, but I couldn't even start the game because it was a custom server. I noticed that the spawns were in the center of the map and everyone who spawned was instantly killed. I closed the game and didn't play for the entire first day. The next day, I played without any problems since they'd fixed it. Now I'd like to know how to get the rewards you promised, since I don't have anything related to them in my inbox.

i feel like the players that are unable to play should be receiving compensation for this issue as we have purchased a product we cant use which is completely not ok and unfair

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the launch experience of Battlefield 6. I pre-ordered the most expensive version of the game, the Phantom Edition, on October 9th, ensuring I could play on the official release day, October 10th. However, I have encountered persistent issues preventing me from accessing the multiplayer mode. Despite having downloaded the game and its content in advance, I repeatedly receive error messages indicating that the DLC is not installed or that the multiplayer mode is unavailable.
I have attempted troubleshooting steps, including verifying game files and reinstalling the game, yet the problem persists. I find this unacceptable, especially given the high expectations set by the game's promotional campaigns and the recent controversies surrounding other titles like Call of Duty Black Ops 7.
Given EA's extensive experience in launching major titles, I believe there should have been adequate preparation to handle the anticipated demand. As a resolution, I request compensation for this frustrating experience. Specifically, I believe that those who purchased the standard version should receive access to the Phantom Edition as a goodwill gesture. Additionally, I urge you to consider providing a partial refund or other form of compensation to those of us who purchased the premium version.

I would reiterate this, I am having the same issue and have been in chat for the last 2 hours and wait time is going up. I have even tried requesting a full refund and clicking on the link for a refund guess what happens. The page shoes and error, it is as if EA has planned it

Hello. But XP Boosters haven't arrived to me too. I can go to training grounds and xp boosters and there is nothing. I had only pre order boosts there but nowhere i see 12x hardware boost and 12x career boosts??? Where are they and how can i get them?

I was also impacted by the install error at launch and was unable to play although I preordered the game through the EA store. I have similarly failed to receive my double XP tokens.

hempspato I'm sorry, if you solve it, let me know. I didn't even receive the bonus email. I don't know if it's because I don't have EA emails enabled, I should check, even though I activated the newsletter when I installed BF6. But I haven't received anything, not even in-game messages.

Me and my brother had both gotten the game (pre-order editions) on the EA app on launch for which we both couldn't get onto the game for hours so went and played something else instead that night. We had been playing all weekend and I have just jumped on BF6 tonight with my brother for which he has received the compensation for the launch error but for some reason I have not :/ I understand that some people will get them at different times but it would be nice to have some clarification on the situation.

I'm in the same situation. Supposedly from the game:
1. Go to Social
2. Open the Inbox
3. Go to "Game Messages"
3. Cadwoman said it is thereI have absolutely nothing. I am furious with the situation. I tried from 8pm to 2:30am to delete files, re-install, over and over. I went to bed.
I was going to follow Vince Zampella's suggestion to buy it on Steam, but the game was working by the next afternoon, and with the 12 hour long career and hardware boosters, I immediately felt like that's a nice way to make it up.
It cost them nothing, but still. Can you please check in-game and post back if you received it or not? I'll keep an eye on this thread.
I'm just a gamer dude, I'm not a youTuber, I don't work for EA, nothing.

Yeah still nothing there for me unfortunately, the 'New Reward Awaits' is from the discord quest, hopefully soon they will roll out the compensation for everyone that was affected, but will see i guess.

BigFatherJer Same for me, that's why I asked here on the forum. Two friends I play with received them without any problems. However, I'm the only one who joined a portal server. I wouldn't want that to be the case, especially since, as I said, I haven't played.

I'm contacting you because I'm one of the players who purchased the game via the EA app and experienced a problem at launch that prevented me from playing because my content was blocked.Aside from being able to join Portal servers, which was completely broken via a workaround shared on social networks by players, in my case, I wasn't able to enjoy my purchase normally.
My gaming partner, who was in the same situation on launch day, informed me that he received an email a day ago and that he received compensation for 12 weapon XP tokens and 12 career XP tokens today.
I paid for the game and didn't have access to it at launch either. How come I didn't receive anything?
Believe me, there's no way I'm being violated.I await your response and will share with you a screenshot of my current tokens.

I had the same issues and had the message with missing content to install. Didnt receive the compensation aswell. Also a buyer of the Phantom Edition. There is no official support email which gives us an oppertunity to contact them directly, so this is my attempt.

It's known that stuff like Phantom content isn't quite fully granting for folks, and afaik same applies for the compensation stuff. Odds are theres just a LOT to go through and if anything it may have to be a rolling grant system with how many people are playing and had the issue.
Odds are you gotta just sit tight itll show up eventually.

However, somewhere on Reddit I read: "After reviewing your account and the current eligibility criteria, I regret to inform you that we're unable to offer compensation in this case. Compensation items, such as XP boosts or Battle Pass access, are granted automatically to accounts identified as affected based on specific login and activity data during the impacted period." I don't know if it's true, but the user claimed to have logged into Portal and played. I logged into Portal and the server, but I didn't play for a single minute, also because the servers I joined were custom servers where people spawned in the center and were slaughtered by the opposing team. I think these servers were created specifically for this; I noticed it from the scores and the spawn point, which was fixed in the center. As soon as I saw it, I exited and turned off the game, until the following day.

Perhaps because playing Portal is still playing the game then they arent counting that as fully impacted. I'd imagine the compensation would be to players who simply didnt play any matches at all as a result.

Hello,
I was unable to play the game on its release date, Friday, October 10th, due to a bug with the EA App platform, which caused the game to display that multiplayer content was missing, even though it had been downloaded.
Since this bug affected all EA App users, @BattlefieldComm Twitter account announced that affected accounts would receive, over the weekend of October 11–12, XP bonuses as well as free access to the Season 1 Premium Battle Pass.However, as of today, I still haven’t received anything in the game.
I did receive an in-game message saying “Your new reward awaits” yesterday, October 12th, but nothing else is available in-game.Could you please help me?

Same thing happened to me. I got on before it was ironed out. Sat online for an hour trying to figure out why the vast majority of the options had a lock icon in the corner and it was saying I hadn't bought the game. Haven't received anything as of yet. Kinda weird to offer a reward for something due to a screw up and then screw up by having people not get the reward...
