Hi, I have not received any double xp compensation from purchasing the game on EA App.

Even bought the game a second time on xbox to be able to play because of your outage.

EA_Universa I also did not receive compensation for not being able to play, I also used 2 of my 60 min thinking I would be able to before trying to play; so they got wasted.

I also wasted my 2 boosters I had 60min... Haven't received those 12 promised.
