Perhaps because playing Portal is still playing the game then they arent counting that as fully impacted. I'd imagine the compensation would be to players who simply didnt play any matches at all as a result.

Chris_Hawkner But I haven't played, and they can see that. I explained my experience on the portal, wishing I'd at least found a decent server. Instead, they were just servers designed specifically to kill anyone who joined, and it wouldn't be fair anyway. Because many, including me, would have wanted to play the original experience and not a poorly designed portal or against bots.
