Community Manager
I guess all we can do is spam EA with tickets like these, even though I've instantly got a generic auto-response not even confirming what I'm even writing about. Hopefully they'll fix it for all of us...
I got this same kind of reply and even sent another message back and never got a response. Worst support I've ever dealt with. Hell I even sent a message to the Community Manager on here and never got a reply! Kind of sad and pathetic with the lack of communication.
I gave them massive kudos for giving the compensation, but now that we're going on 3 days past when we should have gotten them, gotten nothing and no replies to all these 1000's of complaints... I'm demanding EA refund me my kudos.
