I've been impacted by the bug as did many others in the replies of said tweet, but the message doesnt seem to appear, and I havent recieved any boosts nor a message in my inbox. (proof under)

Same here. Reached out to EA help via email and got the standard boilerplate response I had seen online 50 times already. I bought the game via the EA app. I believe the issue is that their compensation messages only went out to people who did NOT get the discount through having Xbox GamePass. Does this line up with anyone else?

Paid full price for the Phantom Edition, no compensation here.

I bought the game at full price (no Game Pass discount) and I still haven't received the XP Boosters, so that one should be unrelated.

I don't have gamepass and still haven't got neither the message or the compensation itself
