[CLOSED] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

In my opinion it wouldn't even be fair to just give it those who logged in to EA and launched the "game" because I know of people who didn't launch the game because they read about the issue and waited for a fix to it. They would've played if it was working. The only fair compensation criteria would be to give it to all that had it pre-ordered through EA app since all of those players were affected.
