[CLOSED] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

I pre-ordered the phantom edition off of the EA app and wasn't able to get in like most of my peers for the better half of the day! I've been waiting since they said the xp boosters would roll out and haven't gotten anything from them. I tried reporting it to EA but they "Didn't take action" in an automated response. Anybody else in the same boat?
