Hey everyone,
I made a post on reddit with 300k views about issue, where is I tried to help everyone to at least play and offered to use the community that worked, but I haven't received the compensation yet. I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition.
I raised a support case that is still open, and they told me it should be in-game, but it's not there.
I don't know anyone who received compensation. Seems to be it was a false promise to calm down the audience and show that they are compensated for issues, which is not a true statement.
I think we can move on and just play the game and accept it. This is EA.
EA lied. Again. Absolutely should've refunded and gone to Steam.
