can anyone please describe on how can I leave a ticket to EA support about this issue?
It seems to me that i don't have any option to either leave a ticket (any tickets, actually), or contact live support in any way. It's either way too confusing, or it's not avaliable to me
go here https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ sign in with your EA account and start with selecting "find missing content", should be pretty straightforward from there

Nah.... I tried that and got an automated off-topic answer by a bot

I had an email dropping in my inbox later after the bot message... I had replied to that email and then the status of my case changed to 'updated by customer'...
but still no resolution so far.
