It's now been three full days since the latest announcement that said "players impacted [...] will now find their XP Boosters delivered to their in-game mailbox and XP Boost inventory."
There is still nothing in my inventory except for a handful of XP Boost items I earned through challenges. Ironically, a mate who refunded the game on EA App immediately and bought the Steam version instead did receive the 24 XP Boosters, whereas I, still playing on EA App, am starting to think they'll never appear in my inventory...
I don't understand how it's that much of an issue to actually distribute these digital items to the playerbase. The daily login rewards don't work properly either... It would be much appreciated if any of you from the staff would at the very least acknowledge that there is a problem. Because right now, the radio silence from official channels leads me to believe that your strategy from now on is to sit it out and anybody who got "double crossed" by not receiving the compensation promised is simply left behind.
