I neither get in-game message nor any compensation. (Pre-ordered Phantom Edition)
But the question is who are impacted players? What is the condition for that?
For example i wasn't able to reach in-game menu first couple of hours of the release, waiting in queue and got server error. (Pre-loaded game before launch)
My EA app on PC was giving 500 server error, but i was able to launch game client to wait in queue and get the error. Couple of hours later, i was able to run game (at least to play the campaign)
Also about the compensation, which is really great to see this generous compensation.
But, this is so random, i guess. I mean who are impacted players? All players who pre-ordered game and tried to play game on at very launch? If it is, i didn't get any compensation.
If impacted players decided differently.
Free Season 1 battle pass for Standard Edition - Season 2 battle pass for Phantom Edition, will make players sad :( who don't receive compensation.
Because people wish to be count as impacted :D
So could you please share the condition, who are counted as impacted players?

I wasn't even able to play campaign. The bug was telling people they didn't own the game at all.
