I did not receive the promised compensation for the EA App error on launch day.
I bought the game before its release, and despite this, I couldn't access the game for the next 5 hours due to an error that reported missing game files that had already been downloaded.
The funniest thing about it all is that a friend of mine, who was annoyed that the game wasn't working on the EA App, refund his purchase and bought the game on Steam. He played for a while, and when they fixed the problem, he refund the game on Steam and bought it again on the EA App, receiving all the promised bonuses, a total of 24 tokens, along with an apology message from EA.
Additionally, after those few hours, when I finally managed to get into the game, I received a daily reward. It was only on the first day after entering the game, and since then I haven't received a single daily reward.
I also didn't get the bonuses I was supposed to get for the pre-release purchase.
I wrote to support about this issue, but all I received was a message from a bot telling me to turn the game off and on again and then check if the missing content had appeared. To date, I have not received a response regarding the promised compensation.

Out of the players I know, I think 2 or 3 were compensated out of around 14 players.
Two of those compensated had refunded and bought on Steam.
EA need to get on this.

Same never got the compensation even know I couldn't play at the launch time. EA - Please contact me also. Have tried to contact EA but so fare it's been a fail to get in touch with someone that has an answer related to this issue.

I haven't received anything either and same goes for everyone I know who got the game through EA store on pre-order. Support claims everyone was compensated who was affected. Clearly this is not the case. Anyway I wrote an email to Andrew Wilson (awilson @ ea.com without spaces)today so that he's aware.

I got message today
"Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to inform you that the Studio has completed the payment of compensation to the affected accounts and there are no more grants available for the same purpose."

I got the same Message 5 time agin .
@EA thats is a big Joke over 8K Post in this Trade and EA say : the Studio has completed the payment of compensation to the affected accounts and there are no more grants available for the same purpose
