I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Still nothing received. Pre-ordered phantom edition via the EA app. Couldn't play at all the night of release?

Reached out to support and got a canned response? No message received in game or via email about said promised rewards.
