Im also a preorder Phantom Edition Buyer on official EA App and after Update 4 i still didnt get any rewards !
I couldn't play the game how it should be on release day and I still didn't receive the content EA promised as compensation !
It feels like a big scam and this will be my last purchase from EA !
I have to say, quite honestly, that I am extremely disappointed in EA, and this has really dampened my enthusiasm for Battlefield 6. First, there was the botched release, and then EA failed to keep its promises or implement them properly. EA should do itself and the community a favor and make the promised content available to ALL players who play via the EA Launcher and had the game at release. What does EA have to lose except a huge number of disappointed users?
Just give all EA users the promised content and then this issue can finally be closed. Then everyone will be happy. Otherwise, the S.hitstorm won't stop.
It is so "EA-like" to pull a move like this. It amazes me that nearly 5k responses and not a single word from EA not even an acknowledgement.
