I saw the update about EA feeling they've addressed everyone affected. I was affected and I've received no compensation. I assume this is because during the outage, I did what many did and reading online that if you go into Community, you could join a game there (if you press X, instead of Join). I did this, thinking it would be better than nothing. All I got from that experience was being farmed, forced to spawn in the middle of a map and being repeatedly killed. I did this 2 or 3 times, hoping to get a proper game before giving up.
So I want to hear if EA thinks this wasn't a compromised launch experience for the game, if they think I should be happy with this and only those that didn't try anything to get into a game, deserve the compensation?
hi, I didn't get it either. i was in main menu for like 2h, played 1 match in community servers and thats all.
I also did not receive compensation. I did what some others did as well and refunded my pre-ordered copy of the game and repurchased the game. It was a pain at the time, but it was only a handful of hours missed. It's a shame because it did happen to me, but it won't be recognized by EA because I wanted to play their game bad enough to refund and re-buy.

I did not get the rewards either. I waited for about 3-4 hours and decided to look online for answers. Ran across a post of what you guys did. Joined on a community match for a little bit before getting kicked back to the main menu. I don't think it right if we get passed by. I sent in a ticket and it got resolved without an explanation. Sent it in again and talked with someone and he said he'll send me an email which never came.
I did not get the rewards either. After reinstalling the game or parts of it for multiple hours I stumbled across the bypass solution to use the server browser. I couldnt play for multiple hours before finding it and my battlefield launch day was ruined just like it was for every other EA APP customer. I think its pretty laughable to single us out now and dont grant us the generous compensations, because we found a solution after browsing reddit for hours. Please rethink and grant us the rewards too, thanks
I did not get the rewards promised either. Same experience.
I didnt even get a portal game in. It tried to load and then failed to join due to content missing or something along those lines.
Phantom Edition, preordered on EA app. Couldn't play the first night at all.
Nothing received.
EA support ticket is just canned responses.

i sat for 4 hours on launch day and havent got tokens, just got a false ban instead
Same here, still waiting. Contacted support, got the same automated responses with no additional information.
