I saw the update about EA feeling they've addressed everyone affected. I was affected and I've received no compensation. I assume this is because during the outage, I did what many did and reading online that if you go into Community, you could join a game there (if you press X, instead of Join). I did this, thinking it would be better than nothing. All I got from that experience was being farmed, forced to spawn in the middle of a map and being repeatedly killed. I did this 2 or 3 times, hoping to get a proper game before giving up.
So I want to hear if EA thinks this wasn't a compromised launch experience for the game, if they think I should be happy with this and only those that didn't try anything to get into a game, deserve the compensation?
I also did not receive compensation. I did what some others did as well and refunded my pre-ordered copy of the game and repurchased the game. It was a pain at the time, but it was only a handful of hours missed. It's a shame because it did happen to me, but it won't be recognized by EA because I wanted to play their game bad enough to refund and re-buy.
