Community Manager
I saw the update about EA feeling they've addressed everyone affected. I was affected and I've received no compensation. I assume this is because during the outage, I did what many did and reading online that if you go into Community, you could join a game there (if you press X, instead of Join). I did this, thinking it would be better than nothing. All I got from that experience was being farmed, forced to spawn in the middle of a map and being repeatedly killed. I did this 2 or 3 times, hoping to get a proper game before giving up.
So I want to hear if EA thinks this wasn't a compromised launch experience for the game, if they think I should be happy with this and only those that didn't try anything to get into a game, deserve the compensation?
I did not get the rewards either. I waited for about 3-4 hours and decided to look online for answers. Ran across a post of what you guys did. Joined on a community match for a little bit before getting kicked back to the main menu. I don't think it right if we get passed by. I sent in a ticket and it got resolved without an explanation. Sent it in again and talked with someone and he said he'll send me an email which never came.
