Community Manager
I saw the update about EA feeling they've addressed everyone affected. I was affected and I've received no compensation. I assume this is because during the outage, I did what many did and reading online that if you go into Community, you could join a game there (if you press X, instead of Join). I did this, thinking it would be better than nothing. All I got from that experience was being farmed, forced to spawn in the middle of a map and being repeatedly killed. I did this 2 or 3 times, hoping to get a proper game before giving up.
So I want to hear if EA thinks this wasn't a compromised launch experience for the game, if they think I should be happy with this and only those that didn't try anything to get into a game, deserve the compensation?
I didnt even get a portal game in. It tried to load and then failed to join due to content missing or something along those lines.
Phantom Edition, preordered on EA app. Couldn't play the first night at all.
Nothing received.
EA support ticket is just canned responses.
