Do i understand correctly, that you request compensation in €/$ for the "bad" launch of BF6?

We request compensation that was announced by EA themselves but for mysterious reasons omitted hundreds of players even after 2 "fixes" in their system that was giving out these compensations. The audacity of their ignorance/silence is truly deafening.
