Its been more than two weeks since the Games launch now and i, and many others, am still missing the compensations for not being able to play at launch. We were promised 12 + 12 XP boosters and a Battlepass for free. As i preordered the phantom edition, that would be the second BP for me.

I kept my EA app copy specifically because this was promissed to me i'd really like to get that at some point.

I've not gotten the compensation either. Tried contacting support but just keep receiving the steps to take if missing pre-order content. Even though I repeatedly tell them that's not what my issue is.
