Same here. Got a notification after opening a ticket with this message. In the ingame inbox there was nothing. Also maybe im doing something wrong since it mentions an EA-logo in the bottom right of the main menu? No idea what they are talking about.

Also openened the ticket got the same answer and also had nothing. Further answered to the ticket and told them there is nothing and now waiting on feedback.
