If you paid with PayPal, create a dispute and file a complaint.
An EA employee just recommended this to me in customer chat.
Especially since the promised season pass is losing value every day.

dispute for what? to get a refund? only way they will do it is to chargeback and if you do this either ur ea acct or steam acct will be locked....they have us by the balls
