My problem is actually already in the title...
I was affected by the EA app crash at the launch of Battlefield 6.
EA quickly announced that affected players would receive compensation.
The days (and weeks) passed and I waited, but nothing happened.
Last week, I contacted EA Help, but again, nothing happened for days, except for automated responses. After repeatedly inquiring about the progress of my ticket this week, I was told in a conversation two days ago that they were still working on the problem. Today, I had another chat where I was told that the EA servers had distributed the compensation and that if I thought I should have received some, I should report it here in the forum.
I am doing so here.
Please, I want a clear answer, preferably written by a human being, about what is actually going on!
Is there compensation in my case, yes or no? And if not, why not?
The above is not directed at the employee reading this, but is simply my frustration gradually becoming apparent.
First you hear nothing for days, and then you are passed from one department to the next...
So yes, I hope that someone can provide me with answers.
(repost since Im not sure if I deleted it or if it was deleted by the system)
Also, haven't received the rewards from the outage. Here's my correspondence with Live Chat.

Me: Thank you. I keep getting this automated response: "We want to let you know that this was a known issue, and the studio has confirmed that all affected players have now been compensated. If you were impacted, the compensation should already be available in your account." Clearly, this is incorrect.
Support: Yes this is a known issue our team is rolling out the packages as soon as possible
