As requested by EA live support I'm posting this issue on the forum.
On launch day I was unable to play the game due to issues with the EA app. I tried to play Portal but the game crashed to desktop when I did!
All I could do is watch my friends stream it on Discord, very annoying!
When I heard I should be receiving compensation, but then didn't receive any I contacted EA support.
I was told they were fixing the issue and I will receive my compensation in due course.
I then received an email yesterday saying all issues have been fixed and my compensation should be in my inbox, which it isn't.
I contacted the EA support again and was told that that's the final fix if I didn't receive anything that was it and there was nothing they could do to manually add the compensation.
This is no way to treat a player who has played every Bf game since BC2.
I'm posting on here so my account gets reviewed and I do receive the compensation I'm entitled to.

Im also affected and have not got any compensation. It looks like if you entered the firing range or the lab portal they are excluding us. I was in the firing range for maybe 10 minutes. Not that it should matter tho.
Vote with your wallets. Dont give them any more money.
They said "Everyone affected will get compensated". Now they are just making up new excuses to not pay up and keep their promises.
