[CLOSED] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

So where is this? Can anyone actually confirm that they've gotten theirs?

Contacted support but they said that the compensations have already been rolled out to anyone affected and couldn't help me beyond that.

1. Purchased on EA App
2. Got issues on day 1 when accessing multiplayer, where the game complained that I didn't own parts of it
3. No rewards yet (checked in-game inbox)
4. Promised rewards include a battle pass, which should now be active since season 1 has started already.

How to know if I'm eligible or not? If I am, who can grant these since they are still missing?
