Good day, I wanted to ask where, how, and when I will receive compensation for the botched Battlefield 6 launch. I tried to play the game with my friends that day, but it wasn't possible because I kept getting a message saying I needed to download the latest content, which I had already downloaded. I reinstalled the game, but unfortunately, that didn't help get it running. To this day, neither my friends nor I have received any compensation. We spent the entire release day mourning while others could have happily immersed themselves in the Battlefield experience. PLEASE compensate me for the inconvenience you caused. Thank you for your understanding.

Same bro, I'am still waiting on the compensation. I should have received the first battlepass for free, for pre-ordering on EA App.
I feel like I got scammed again, just like BF2042.

Same issue. EA just told me I am a liar and that I am not eligable for the compensation even though I got an email saying that I was due the compensation package.
They just keep closing my cases and referring me to live chat which I only got to work once out of about 30 tickets so far and was told nothing they can do.
Then they just tell you to go vent on the forums so here I am.
Guys we all need to go to the better business beurou (BBB) and complain about this. Its the only way to get a resolution.
