Good day, I wanted to ask where, how, and when I will receive compensation for the botched Battlefield 6 launch. I tried to play the game with my friends that day, but it wasn't possible because I kept getting a message saying I needed to download the latest content, which I had already downloaded. I reinstalled the game, but unfortunately, that didn't help get it running. To this day, neither my friends nor I have received any compensation. We spent the entire release day mourning while others could have happily immersed themselves in the Battlefield experience. PLEASE compensate me for the inconvenience you caused.
