Community Manager
EA_Leeuw Steam reviews are already "mixed," which is really bad for the vast majority of games. Game support is a joke; it's practically all bots. The community forums and community managers are just a shadow of their former selves. They're not community managers at all; they don't provide any answers, solutions, or updates to forum issues. Threads with thousands of comments have gone unanswered for over 20 days. What kind of community manager is that? It's truly pathetic.
The longer this goes on, the greater the community's discontent will become, and this will end very badly. I've been trying to get a solution every single day, and because of this, I'll be posting bad reviews on other sites. I already have a negative review on Steam, and I'll continue with others like Metacritic. I'll also be discussing these problems on other forums like Reddit.
They're not interested in us at all, they just ignore us and remain silent. This community manager's last interaction was 23 days ago, and then they disappeared.
