Like a lot of us, I still did not receive anything.
When you file a ticket, you have an automatic reply.
EA_Leeuw are you still investigating the issue ??
I was able to join portal games this day but it was far away from the BF experience and it should not be taken into account.
I havnet gotten an explanation but this must be partially the reason i did not recive anything neighter.
Its infuriating as we were looking online for ANY solution to get into a game with our steam friends, and one Trick that semi worked was to spam the join button on a portal server, so i did, spawn 3 times everyone is out of bounds and die within 10 sec. so that did not work, but now it probably detected i was able to enter the game for 30sec and think because of that i am, as you are not entitled to be reimburst???
it makes zero sense in my head, it costs them nothing as i will not be supporting Ea further in this game, even if it then means i cannot play all modes that come out in the future.
This is the simplest of tasks, even a squirrel could solve it in 5min but they refuse to, because they can and i will not be giving them any more money. if i could refund i would in a heartbeat.

It doesn't matter what we do or not in terms of portal servers.
EA's initial post promised "all effected" players/users a compensation. All EA-App users were effected.
Even if you used portal that day, the single player campaign didn't work for instance so still effected even when playing portal...
