I was one of the affected by the completely unacceptable EA app outage that prevented me and others from accessing Battlefield 6 after pre-ordering. I saw your announcement, which is crystal clear:

"Anyone on the EA app who was impacted will receive 12 Hardware and 12 Career 60-Minute Boosters..."
"...we will also be granting impacted players full access to a seasonal Battle Pass."

IT IS NOW BEEN 22 DAYS, and I have received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No Boosters in my inbox. No Battle Pass access.

EA Help said to post here so here it is.

I got the boosters but not the Battle Pass - if you preordered Phantom Edition you get the second season's battle pass as well. I did post here on launch day though, which may be why I already got the boosters.
