Been talking to customer service a few times allready. Got an e-mail a few days ago that they were sending out compensations for the terrible launch on EA app. I waited allmost 9 hours just to play that day like so many other people. Now they are saying that everyone that was affected have recived their compensation but am still missing mine. Customer service cant do anything and all the cases are closed. How should I take this forward? Got the e-mail.
The only path forward is just bothering their a##es on social media or starting legal action if you're based in EU - pretty sure this kind of misinformation is illegal for a company if you're a customer.
Meanwhile, in another universe they're being awarded CM of the year 🤣
