literally was told by ea support to post on here if i believed i am supposed to have the rewards for not being able to play at release. if i could get my rewards that'd be sick instead of feeding money to a company that doesn't need it.
I just spoke to another support agent who told me they’re still evaluating the issue. Seriously?! If I don’t receive the promised compensation, I swear I’ll never spend another cent on an EA game again.
I’ve been a loyal EA player since The Sims, Need for Speed, Medal of Honor, Command & Conquer, and nearly every Battlefield title. This whole mess is pushing away a lifelong customer. Great job, EA.
