Same here, opened 1 ticket and got an automatic response. After a few days I received an email telling me to take my ticket to chat by resuming it via my cases on help.ea.com
Resuming the case never worked, just getting a white circle turning on the screen.
Opened a second ticket that got closed after getting the same instructions to open a chat session by Resuming the case....still was unable to chat with soneone....
They clearly don't want to talk to us.
Today, opened a new ticket at guest and was able to chat with someone just to get the answer that they can't grant us the compensations.
She told to get to the forums and up-vote posts and post about the issue and that forums moderator would see that and perhaps bring this to the right person.
So, get loud guys! Keep posting.
Hello moderators, can you advocate for us to EA/Battlefield Studios team to give us our compensations?
Same here. But it's nonsense that they can't pay us compensation - they are obligated! EA's European branch is registered in Switzerland, and they are legally required to honor their public statements. Failing to do so may constitute a violation of Swiss law, specifically Article 8 OR (Publicly Promised Remuneration) and Article 3 UWG (Unfair Advertising and Sales Methods and Other Unlawful Conduct). Even if you were able after few hours to play using a bug (or through the portal or training grounds) they promised compensation to all affected players!
I ask anyone who has encountered this issue and hasn't received compensation, and whose game purchase receipt shows the transaction was with "EA Swiss Sàrl", to email me your in-game identifier. If nothing changes, we will send formal pre-litigation notices on behalf of all affected players and pursue collective legal action if necessary.
