I have noticed that there are thousands of posts about this so I think everyone who has the same issue should comment and upvote this post and we can try and get EA to do something about it.
Simply put, thousands, probably tens of thousands or more of us haven't received our compensation of 24 XP boosters and Season One Pass due to not being able to play the game on day one due to the licensing issue with the EA APP.
I believe this may be due to us briefly connecting to a portal match and being instantly kicked out again. Either way, we didn't get to play.
We have been flooding the customer service agents with cases and get the same copy pasted "have you turned it on and off again" messages, shut down and sent around in circles for weeks now.
Cases get closed with no resolution. We get banned from online chat. The button for online chat doesn't even show up for me anymore.
There is going to be no resolution for any of us unless we all band together and make a big post about it. So here it is.
I also think we should get extra compensation considering the fact that so much of our combined time has been wasted and the rudeness of the EA customer service agents.
We have been called liars. That we are not eligible. Constantly ghosted by customer service agents even though we all have proof, screenshots etc.
Its time to stand up and do something. Even if its just a post to say "Same" a vote up and a few likes. The more people post and vote and like, the more chance we have at getting something done about this mess.
So please guys, give this a vote, a like, a comment. And lets get this done.
Also, to add more pressure, if you have time you can lodge a complaint with the BBB (better business bureau) and they will contact EA Games on our behalf and put pressure on them to resolve it faster.
It only takes a minute and will really help the effort.

Ea app phantom edition preorder! 1-2 hours maximum in home screen trying various things but keeps saying I didn’t own anything! NO portal games played !! Nothing received

I have preordered phantom edition on EA App and wasn‘t able to play at release day !
Still didn‘t get the promised compensation.
i will never support anything from EA again !

Same in a way here. Battlefield pro the 1st ten items remained locked, no extra challenge rolls, your own server etc.. all b.s.
.feel so foolish trying to purchase the supposed upgrade... was looking forward to Rangers lead the way pack but what if those dont show up either? Never again, should of just played n enjoyed the game cause now idk why but it did take a lot of the fun away.
I'll play the xp weekend but after that I personnel need step away from game for awhile.

Preordered Phantom Edition on EA app, like all the previous BF titles.
Couldnt play during launch for hours due to the infamous bug. Repaired, reinstalled. Tried portal with mixed results.
No compensation. EA help going around in circles. Blocked from chat. Community manager does not respond on forums.
On EA help it doesnt even show as owned.

I cant even tell what version i have it just say Battlefield 6 Season 1 with redsec, yet i am able to buy redsec in the store and it does not show it as installed xD

I also didn’t receive it.
I pre-ordered through the EA App, pre-installed the game and still couldn’t play for several hours on day one.
Honestly, that was the worst thing EA could’ve done — making a promise and never delivering on it.

Worst customer experience ever received. Treating long standing customers like this is shameful and I will never spend another dime on this soulless platform. Why does EA even employ "community managers"? The way your community is getting managed is pitiful!

On a sidenote, I also dont get my daily login rewards. Absolute joke. EA are shocking how much hate and disrespect they have for their customers.
