I still haven't received the battle pass, though I was up at 2am for launch and watched the forums for 7 and a half hours before finding out it was patched and we could play. I'm a Phantom Edition preorder on the EA app and have only received the XP boosts.
I've been following this up with EA Help for a week and a half and until yesterday they didn't tell me I need to be on the forums still to get assistance.
