I posted on launch day explaining that i preordered the Phantom Edition of BF6 weeks before and it took 7 hours for me to be able to play it on the day due to the EA app outage. Referring to this tweet https://x.com/Battlefield/status/1976804746674815031/photo/1
I've been in contact with EA Help four times over the last week and a half to try and get the promised Battlepass for season 1, and until today they did not advise me to go back to the forum. After all, I posted here on launch day. I've received the xp boosters but not the battle pass. Could anyone please assist me? I have updated the game, repaired it, and still nothing.
I'm still not sure why I was missed as I read the review was complete for people who got the battle pass - however, I didn't. On release I could log into the game but all of the game modes in the main menu stated I did not own the game.
I could not play anything for those 7 hours. Just sit in the menu, which I did only briefly.
