Is the compansation only for those who puchased the phantom edition??
I am still facing the same issue with missing compansation. Purchased the game in EA app and could not play during launch. I have tried to contact support multiple times but cant seem to get any help. I got a reply from support today that seems to indicate that only phantom edition purchases should be compansated for the outage.

The last paragraph also suggests that my interest is more focused on the gameplay, and I should not worry about this because I can still play the game. This has to be the worst excuse I have seen from EA yet. I dont know how this person came to that conclusion but I can only assume it is because I havent spent any money in the in-game shop.

no, I preordered the phantom edition (I have trouble with good idea purchases when drunk), and haven't recieved the compensation either.
Currently on the 4th message from support saying basically the same thing... already provided tralala seems standard agents can't help us, so a mail everyday and posts here instead.
