So case by case we're told everyone was compensated and nothing more will be done,

Why can that not be said to the forum thread? I wonder....

Because that is a public statement paulc6602 :D but it's not like they actually commit to what they are saying in public... Although perhaps they are afraid of the backlash that will follow.
