Still waiting for solution too, already 5th time i reopen my case on EA...

Better buying from Steam next time, not sure why discriminate EA app players like me that pre-order phantom edition don't get any compensation neither xp boost or free season...

Game is amazing, this PR trick made EA look good, but at the end of the day many of us that took time off work, pre ordered the game and tried to play normally couldn't..
