[CLOSED] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

Adding my name to the list... was affected by the outage, still haven't got any of the rewards that were promised.

This is really putting me off ordering from EA app in the future, especially as there are stories kicking around of guys who ordered from ea app, refunded because of the outage, bought the game on steam and later they *got* the make good.

Obviously someone at EA or BF studios messed up the database query to find the customers who should get the make-good. Just try the query again guys, it's not that difficult to see that if there are thousands of us complaining, there just might be something in it
