That’s not good enough.
EA messed up. Admitted as much. Promised compensation to those who were affected. I’m one of those.
Dishing out a bit here and there, telling people how great you and EA are thereby, and trying to draw a line under matter… isn’t solving the issue. Or delivering the compensation EA promised.
It’s pathetic. And fundamentally wrong.
Telling me to go to a forum and “upvote” an issue is insulting. Would you be happy if I broke something of yours, told you I’d fix it, didn’t… and then told you to write on a forum?
Do your job properly and/or tell your managers. You’re not silencing me and thousands of other customers by offering trite, nonsense statements, platitudes and telling me it’s “nice to meet you”?!
For a billion dollar company, EA sure know how to mess things up.
