Hi,
I’m aware there was a known issue regarding the compensation.
However, even though this issue was supposedly fixed twice now, I still haven’t received
the compensation.
After the last patch/update, I checked again, but there’s still nothing in my ingame inbox.
It still shows that I need to purchase the Battle Pass, whereas I know who received it that
once you get the compensation, it no longer says “Buy,” but instead shows that you already own it.
In my case, it still says I need to buy it, and I haven’t received any of the boosters either.
I reopened my previous support ticket, and they told me to make a forum post about it , so here I
am.

So… we’ve officially reached Day 12 since EA Support told me:
“Post it on the forum, a Community Manager will reply there.”
12 days later: no reply, no Battle Pass, no boosters, nothing.
At this point, it honestly feels like the “compensation” was just a PR fire extinguisher for launch day complaints and once the fire calmed down, everyone affected was left behind.
What’s wild is that MANY players are still reporting the same issue, yet the only responses we get from Support are: “Issue resolved...”, “Wait for a CM to reply...”, “We no longer monitor this email.”, “Do you still need help?”
Yes. We still need help. That’s why we’re here.
If the compensation is delayed, broken, or being rolled out in waves. Just tell us. Silence is the worst possible approach.
What would help right now is a clear and honest update, even if the answer is simply: “We are still investigating,”, or “There was a delay,” or “Not everyone has received it yet.”
Any of those would be better than silence.
Not asking for anything extra. Just what was promised.
And some honesty.
