Community Manager
Where are the so called "community managers"? They are online, they comment on other threads but keep ignoring this problem. EA needs to hire new people, this is an absolute joke of community management. Keep in mind these people are getting paid for this "service".
In theory, they have a $ deficit due to the EA purchase and are probably waiting for approval and then the means to roll out more battle passes. Some number cruncher is probably figuring out how much revenue loss this means for battle pass sales.
Its disgusting, but its the capitalist way. Maybe they should factor in how many customers they're losing for future game sales and recalculate.
